Jorge A. Mestre recently spoke to MBA students at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín (UFM) in Guatemala as part of a course on “Best Legal Practices and Their Impact on Financial Decisions.” During a two-hour session, Jorge shared his insights with Finance students at UFM about managing cross-border litigation with various parallel proceedings. Jorge A. Mestre engages exclusively in a commercial-litigation practice and is Board Certified in International Litigation and Arbitration by The Florida Bar. He has litigated domestic and international arbitration matters in both English and Spanish.
