Dvorak Law Group, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Stacia L. Palser as a Corporate Attorney at the firm.

Stacia joins Dvorak Law Group following a distinguished 13-year tenure with the University of Nebraska System, where she most recently served as Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, she acted as the chief legal advisor for the University system’s four campuses – the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Her responsibilities included providing comprehensive legal guidance and representation on issues such as corporate governance, employment, litigation, compliance, academic medical center operations, athletics, and contracts. She demonstrated particular expertise in real estate, environmental, and transactional matters.
During her time with the University, Stacia played a pivotal role in driving innovation through creative legal structures and solutions, including public-private partnerships that facilitated transformational University projects. She also managed a team of 10 attorneys and support staff, ensuring exceptional legal support across all campuses. Additionally, Stacia served as Interim Corporation Secretary, providing critical support to the Board of Regents and facilitating Board meetings.
Before her work with the University, Stacia spent a decade in private practice, focusing on commercial transactions, real estate, environmental law, and commercial litigation. Her depth of experience in both public and private sectors positions her uniquely to address the complex legal needs of our clients.

Stacia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering, graduating with honors from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2002.
