The Legalink Regional Meeting in Da Nang, Vietnam, brought together 27 delegates from 11 jurisdictions for a highly productive and insightful gathering. Eric Le Dreau followed with an insightful presentation on Foreign Investment in Vietnam, tracing its historical development and highlighting the opportunities and legal considerations for foreign investors in the current economic climate.
The Asia Regional Group had the privilege of being welcomed by the Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs at the People’s Committee of Da Nang. In a special meeting attended by representatives from various local authorities, including:
