Wissen & Co. Limited was formed by a group of lawyers with extensive experience in both domestic and international business transactions for many years. The firm is a broad-based corporate and commercial legal practice. We act for multinational corporations conducting operations in Thailand and also for substantial Thai corporations. The firm advises shareholders, management, executives and other personnel in their analysis and decision-making in Thailand.

The firm represents clients from many parts of the world: Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Americas.  Our work also includes advising the subsidiaries and associated companies of major foreign companies operating in Thailand.

This firm has been involved in many mergers and acquisition transactions in Thailand for multinational or Thai companies, whether the transaction proceeds by way of share purchase, asset purchase or otherwise. We are able to conduct due diligence enquiries on the target business and liaise with accounting firms who undertake financial due diligence on the target company. We are also able to assist any bank providing finance to assist the buyer and advise on any security to be taken over assets in Thailand.

We also work regularly with law firms, investment advisors and regulators in many listing projects in stock exchanges outside Thailand.
