András Szecskay is the founder and managing partner of Szecskay Attorneys at Law. He has developed an extensive international and domestic litigation and arbitration practice, which includes involvement in ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, etc. procedures. He has significant experience in high-value and complex commercial, corporate, IP and foreign investment matters in Hungary. His practice covers a broad range of legal, industrial and service sectors, including pharmaceuticals, banking and energy, environmental, oil and gas, and telecommunications. In addition to business law, András also has extensive experience in civil law.
Besides being a leading arbitrator in Hungary, he is also on the list of arbitrators of the Vienna International Arbitration Centre. He has handled over one hundred and fifty arbitration cases.
