Paulo Câmara

Paulo Câmara, partner at SÉRVULO since 2008, leads the Finance and Governance department. He holds a PhD and teaches at the Lisbon MBA and various Master of Laws programs at the Portuguese Catholic University. He also directs the Corporate Governance & ESG and ESG Strategy & Reporting Executive Programs at the same institution. As the coordinator of the Governance Lab, he promotes research in corporate governance. He chairs the General Meeting of the Portuguese Association of Banks and the Portuguese Compliance and Regulatory Observatory. A published author of over 80 works, he has held key roles at CMVM and international financial bodies.
