Miguel Gorjão-Henriques has been a Partner at SÉRVULO since 2008, specializing in European and Competition Law, as well as Health and Pharmaceutical Law. He holds a PhD and Master’s in Law from the University of Coimbra, where he also teaches.
Certified as a Specialist Lawyer in European and Competition Law by the Bar Association (2006 and 2012), Miguel is an Arbitrator at the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration Centre and a founder of the Association of Portuguese Competition Lawyers.
He chaired ICC Portugal’s Competition Commission (2012–2018) and currently serves as Vice-President of the Portuguese Association of European Law.
Miguel has advised INFARMED and contributed to drafting Portugal’s competition law. A frequent speaker at national and international events, he has authored over 60 publications in his fields of expertise.
