Fidel holds a Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He joined the Firm in 2022 as part of the Infrastructure and Energy Practice team at our Mexico City offices.
His practice primarily focuses on hydrocarbons transactions and interactions with regulatory agencies involved in this market.
