Milan, as a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2003, specializes in advising domestic and international companies on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures.
As a litigator, he focuses on intellectual property and media law, handling issues like freedom of expression, defamation, copyright violations, and content regulation.
Milan also manages complex IP matters such as trademarks and patents, representing clients in infringement cases. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Belgrade and teaches obligations law and civil procedure as a guest lecturer there.
