Pieter Van den Broeck earned his Master of Laws from Ghent University in 2001 and an Advanced Master’s in Company Law from KU Leuven in 2003. After over a decade at a top Belgian law firm, he joined Monard Law in Antwerp in 2013, becoming a partner in 2018.

Pieter specializes in company law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, PE/VC, family business transfers, and shareholder conflicts. He also has significant experience in corporate real estate transactions. Recognized by Legal 500, IFLR 1000, and Leaders League, Pieter is consistently praised for his M&A and private equity expertise.

He advises Belgian and international clients, particularly on cross-border investments involving the Netherlands and China.
