Dr Jonathan Thompson graduated as a Doctor of Laws in 2010 after submitting his thesis entitled “Defences to Liability in Tort” and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2011. During his practice he has gained extensive experience in various aspects related to Civil, Commercial and Corporate Litigation. Jonathan is member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates and is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta lecturing in the Law of Obligations.
Jonathan is a Founding Partner of InariLaw, a Maltese firm offering tailored legal services to local and international clients, and heads theCivil Law and Litigation Department of the Firm.
His field of practice varies from credit control and litigation to public procurement, employment law, real estate, conveyancing, constitutional law, administrative law and legal research in complex civil, commercial and corporate matters.
