The firm is located in the commercial centre of southwest Germany close to Switzerland and France. Dr. Ouart & Colleagues offer a wide range of legal services all over Germany to their national and international clients. The firm cooperates closely with partners from Munich, Switzerland and France.

The firm is specialised in international business and transactions. The firm´s range of legal advice includes all aspects of corporate, litigation, competition, trademark and contract law as well as special areas like Life Science, agrochemical and pharmaceutical law (product authorisations / EU law).

Apart from these main activities Dr. Ouart is permanently engaged in sports law and cooperating with several sport associations including the arbitration at CAS (Lausanne).

For more than 20 years Dr. Ouart is president of the German Association for Law of Inheritance (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Erbrecht e.V.; DGE). Therefore the firm is also permanently involved in German and European law of inheritance / corporate succession.
