As co-leader of the Manufacturing team and the German Business practice, he has represented clients since 1992, serving family businesses, multinationals, and high-net-worth investors as transactional counsel and general advisor. His expertise spans U.S. and cross-border transactions, including asset acquisitions, joint ventures, market-entry, manufacturing setup, and risk mitigation strategies. Tycho advises on mergers, acquisitions, private securities offerings, financial restructuring, corporate governance, and succession planning. He also supports startups and emerging growth enterprises with legal and business strategies.
A frequent speaker, Tycho has participated in events across the U.S. and Europe, including forums by IHKs in Germany, WKŐ in Austria, and SGE in Switzerland. He has contributed to panels at Harvard Startups and the Harvard Business School Venture Capital Conference, guest lectured at Boston University, and spoken at international industry events.
